2) Paint on window finish should be cleaned off.

5) Debris such as nails and roofing pieces etc... were left on roof these should be cleaned up to prevent items from possibly landing on ground and someone stepping on them.

9) Garage wall has a piece of board attached to wall that needs to be removed and painted underneath.

10) Garage had numerous ant a pest control company should be contacted to control ants before getting into home.

12) The inspector was unable to open and evaluate panel(s) #B because hinges painted shut. These panel(s) are excluded from this inspection. Recommend that repairs, modifications and/or cleanup should be made as necessary so panels can be opened and fully evaluated.

17) One or more cabinets, drawers and/or cabinet doors were damaged or deteriorated. Recommend that a qualified person repair or replace as necessary.

18) Scratches were found on one or more cabinet drawers.

20) Bathroom vanities in bathroom #A & #B have staples sticking through side panels. It appears whoever installed the back trim missed the back panel.

21) Tile and/or grout in the shower enclosure at location(s) #B were deteriorated (e.g. loose or cracked tiles, missing grout) or substandard. Water can damage the wall structure as a result. Recommend that a qualified contractor repair as necessary.

23) Interior trim in one or more places need caulking and where wall and ceiling meets in kitchen nook.
