Authorization and Use of This Report: Acceptance and Use of this report belongs to the Client and represents authorization for the Inspector to perform a "Home Inspection" at the stated address. Plumbing
2) Safety, Needs Attention, Repair -  One or more Fire Sprinkler Head covers in the Great Room with larger than normal gaps, were loose, not installed properly, and need to be reset.
***Only licensed Fire Sprinkler companies should test and repair.
***Builder request for Repair is needed.
HVAC-Heat Pump
9) Needs Attention, Evaluate -  No Air Flow was noted form the Vent in the Entry Hallway during HVAC system operation. This Vent may be part of the Humidity Control Fan System. Typically these Vents are not adjustable or closable.
***Builder request for Information is recommended.
Exterior/Foundation
12) Needs Attention, Comment -  Exterior Cosmetics. These Items were noted by the Inspector, not necessarily noted in the Buyers Walk-through with the Builder.
***Builder request for Remedy is recommended.
Attic & Roof Structure
15) Safety, Needs Attention, Replace -  The electrical cover plate was damaged/broken and needs to be replaced.
***Builder request for Repair is needed.
16) Needs Attention, Comment -  Furnace Area. An excessive amount of Foam Insulation over-spray on the Attic platform and Furnace Recommend bring to the Builders attention for Remedy.

Garage
18) Safety, Needs Attention, Repair -  Firedoor. The self-closing device on the garage-dwelling door . This door needs to self-close & latch when operated.
***The door is intended to prevent vehicle fumes from entering living spaces and to slow the spread of fire from the garage to living spaces.
***Builder request for Repair is needed.
19) Needs Attention, Comment -  Garage Cosmetics. These Items were noted by the Inspector, not necessarily noted in the Buyers Walk-through with the Builder.
